Salesforce Connector – Authenticate Engaging Networks with the Salesforce account


On the Data & Reports navigation and under the Integration sub menu, should be the option Salesforce. If it is not there, contact your Engaging Networks account representative to add the Salesforce licence to your account.


On accessing the Salesforce menu from the navigation, you will enter the setup wizard.

Begin by authenticating to the respective Salesforce org. If you wish to link to a sandbox account, tick the “Use” option prior to connecting.
