Visual - Actionable Insights
Actionable Insights provide timely and useful insights to the user. Engaging Networks will run predefined queries based on predictive analytics to check on the performance of important metrics over time. As a result, the user will get notifications in their reporting dashboard about whether a metric is doing well or not, with analysis and recommendations.

Actionable Insights will show as a notification in the dashboard to inform the user about a metric that is/isn’t performing well. The following insights are available:
Monthly Recurring Donors
Whenever the user loads their reporting dashboard, we track the number of monthly recurring gifts over the last 90 days, and compare it to the same period last year to determine if it’s increasing or decreasing.
Prospects Segment
Every week, Engaging Networks scans the pre-defined Prospects segment for supporters with Engagement Scores of 1-3 who received but haven't opened a fundraising email. These high-potential supporters are automatically grouped into a segment for targeted broadcasts aimed at securing their first donation.
Bounce Rate
Every week, Engaging Networks calculates the average bounce rate for emails based on each email category, and then compare that to the bounce rate for emails that had at least 10K in audience size in each category. Then the email with a higher bounce rate than the average is highlighted for the client to take action on.
