Peer to Peer - Reports
Under P2P > Sites > edit relevant site > Select Reports (under Management). The Reports menu allows for you to manage teams, monitor page content to ensure they comply with the organization's policies and rules.
Incentives Summary Report
As a fundraising administrator, I would want to see a summary of incentives that have been accepted and declined during the event campaign progression. This report is intended to provide the administrator the details of Incentives, in general, with a summary of Accepts and Declines at the ‘range level’.
Incentives Activity Report (Accepted and Declined)
As a fundraising administrator, I would want to see which fundraisers have accepted or declined during the event campaign progression. This report is intended to provide the administrator the details of which fundraisers have accepted or declined an incentive reward.
Fundraiser Report
As a fundraising administrator, this report provides a summary of details on total raised, raised amount, and whether the fundraising goal has been met and giving a comprehensive overview of the campaign's progress. There is also a way for you to pre-filter on the date range you want to capture as well as apply an Export Group to minimize the data columns to only what you want to see. Additionally, there is also a way for you to include Event Fields if you want to see them all in one report.
Donation Report
As a fundraising administrator, this report provides a summary of details similar to Fundraising report but more focused on the actual donation/transaction made where the report shows on total raised, raised amount, and whether the fundraiser had any other information associated on the transaction. There is also a way for you to pre-filter on the date range you want to capture. You also have the ability to add an Export Group here as well.
