Peer-to-Peer Global Field Ruleset
This is a centralized tool that defines how form fields interact across all Sites and Peer-to-Peer forms. Similar to page-level dependencies, it applies rules globally, ensuring consistent behavior. It supports dynamic interactions like Swap Lists, which update dropdown options (e.g., states based on the selected country) in real time, streamlining the user experience.
Before you start
Something to take note beforehand is that the fields available on the list in the Ruleset comes from your Account Data Structure and it follows what values are placed natively there. [Ex. Region is present and field type is ‘Text’ thus in the ruleset it reflects similarly].
Create your Global Field Ruleset
You can navigate to the tool via the Peer-to-Peer on the Main Menu selection of your EN Account

Once selected, it will navigate you to show a similar window with other tools where there is a button to create the new Field Ruleset, an area to see existing rulesets and buttons to manage the existing rulesets as well.

Clicking the ‘Create Global Field Ruleset’ will direct you to a pop-up window to work on your ruleset.

For List Values, currently there is no way to import or save lists similar to how you see in in the Form Block Dependencies in the regular EN Forms. You will currently need to add manually the list for now.
Here is an example Screen Recording of how to add and how it affects the site:
