Multiple Fundraising Pages
This tool allows a single supporter to create and manage multiple independent fundraising pages within a single site using the same email address. Supporters can create and manage multiple fundraising pages per site, unlocking several key fundraising and campaign management use cases.
Recurring fundraising campaigns: Supporters can run annual birthday or tribute fundraisers year-over-year without losing historical data.
Concurrent efforts: A fundraiser can launch a new campaign (e.g., a memorial fund) while keeping an existing general fundraiser active.
Improved retention: Supporters no longer need to use multiple email addresses to start something new.
Managing Multiple Fundraising Pages can be done through the Site Pages > Fundraiser Dashboard Selection. When enabled from the Site Settings, upon logging in, supporters will see a new selection screen. This "hub" displays active and past campaigns as tiles, showing the page image, title, and amount raised.
In the Fundraiser Dashboard Selection Settings, you are able to manage the different text and labels depending on how you want these different options to reflect to your Fundraisers
On the Fundraiser’s side when they login to to their Dashboard, those who have multiple pages will be directed to the Fundraiser Dashboard Selection where they can select which Fundraising Page to manage and go through on managing that page. They can also manage all the Fundraising Pages they currently have Active to set as Archive or vice versa.
Campaign archiving: To keep dashboards organized, supporters and admins can now move pages to an Archived status. Archived pages remain in the system for reporting and historical totals but are separated from active campaigns on the supporter’s dashboard. Transactions on the Archived Page will remain on the Progress Bar and Donor Roll.
Note: This setting can be applied to both new and existing P2P sites (DIY and Events), allowing you to bring this functionality to your long-standing campaigns immediately.
